CANCELLATIONS BY US
If a workshop is cancelled by Norwich Pottery Studio, participants will be notified and the full cost of fees will either be refunded within three weeks, under normal conditions, or an offer will be made for the customer to take up their place at a course date in the future. NPS shall not be liable for any other consequential loss such as travel or accommodation.
CANCELLATIONS BY YOU
Cancellations on the part of the participant made less than 5 working days before the start of the course/workshop/event are non-refundable. Cancellations made before that time will incur a £7.50 (per person) administration charge. We cannot refund the cost of individual sessions or transfer them to another course/later course date if they are missed for any reason. The cost of a course is for the full set of specified weeks and not per week.
Discount Code Policy:
Norwich Pottery Studio Ltd sometimes runs promotions that require a ‘discount code’ at the checkout to redeem the specific offer. In order to ensure the fair use of discount codes we run a simple Discount Code Policy.
By applying a discount code to an order you agree to abide by the following simple Policy rules;
1. Only one discount code may be used per customer on a purchase that meets the promotion terms (unless explicitly stated on the offer page, social media post or email.)
2. Discount codes cannot be used against Sale items, or against any other promotional prices, to achieve a greater discount.
3. Where a promotional code is valid ‘sitewide’ or on ‘everything’, there are a small amount of exceptions. Discount codes cannot be applied to Gift Vouchers or Sale items (includes all items with pre-discounted prices).
4. Discount codes cannot be added at a later date, whether that is after the expiry date of the code, if the discount code was not applied at the time of checkout, if the discount code was not active at the time of purchase.
5. In the event of a refund/cancellation you will receive the total amount paid which includes any discount applied to your purchase. You will not receive a refund for the RRP of the product at time of refund.
6. Money off vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and do not have any cash value.
Norwich Pottery Studio Ltd reserves the right to cancel orders that misuse our Discount Code Policy, and also to withdraw a promotional discount code at any time without notice.
